Was seen within 5 minutes of arriving for my appointment even though I was 15 minutes early. Nurse was very polite professional and very easy to talk to.

Going by my appointment today, there is nothing you could have done any better. From start to finish was excellent.

Very friendly and professional service. Had my skin and stoma examined, which I thought was going to be a bit embarrassing but it wasn't. I've given a 3* on self management as I've managed for 44 years without ever having a stoma nurse or support from any clinician.

No improvement could have been made this afternoon. It was the best.
